SAP FSRI-XDI Support Analyst

Functional Specialist-SAP FSRI-XDI Area(s) of responsibility ROLE SUMMARY This motivated and detail-oriented SAP FSRI-XDI Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the SAP XDI module within the SAP FSRI ecosystem. The role focuses on processing insurance bureau and broker messages in ACORD format, troubleshooting data interchange issues, and supporting reinsurance workflows. This position provides an opportunity to develop expertise in SAP insurance and financial services solutions. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Provide first-line support for SAP XDI (Exchange Data Interface) application issues, including processing insurance bureau and broker messages in ACORD format. Troubleshoot document interchange errors to ensure accurate and timely data exchange. Monitor XDI system performance and proactively resolve issues to prevent processing disruptions. Support SAP FSRI functionalities, including reinsurance contracts, claims processing, and accounting. Assist in maintaining integration between FSRI and XDI modules to enable end-to-end workflows. Collaborate with onshore teams and ensure availability for 2–3 hours of overlap with U.S.-based team members. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS 3 years of SAP experience, preferably with SAP XDI or SAP Finance modules. Basic understanding of SAP FSRI and XDI modules and their functionalities. Foundational knowledge of ACORD messaging, including bureau and broker message integration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Exposure to SAP implementation or production support projects is a plus. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively. Collaborative team player comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders.
