The Opportunity You will be part of a fast-growing SAP PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management) Center of Excellence, specializing in digital transformation and financial performance management across multiple industries. Our team partners with global clients to modernize legacy finance, profitability, and performance management landscapes using SAP PaPM, SAP HANA, and next-generation analytics platforms. As a SAP PaPM Consultant (Staff), you will support the design, configuration, and maintenance of SAP PaPM models. This role is focused on hands-on development, data reconciliation, and building a strong foundation in performance management frameworks under the guidance of senior team members. Your Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of SAP PaPM solutions for clients across multiple industries Develop and maintain SAP PaPM artifacts, including: Functions Processes Reports and calculation outputs Assist with day-to-day enhancements and minor change requests Perform unit testing and validate calculation results for accuracy and completeness Troubleshoot basic PaPM model and data-related issues Prepare and maintain technical documentation and process notes Collaborate with functional and business teams to clarify requirements Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and production deployments Skills and attributes for success 2–3 years of relevant experience in SAP PaPM, with at least one end-to-end implementation project Basic understanding of: Costing Profitability Financial performance management concepts Hands-on experience with: SAP HANA SAP Datasphere SAP Analytics Cloud CDS Views Ideally, you’ll also What we look for Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exposure to S/4 HANA Finance or ECC.
