Sales Executive-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Marketing Branches Operations We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Agri-Fin and Tractor Loans segment. The role involves enhancing the deposit base, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring operational excellence at the branch level. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail liabilities, sales exposure, and leadership capabilities. Enhance the deposit pool and drive cross-selling of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds and Insurance. Ensure high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance. Generate fee income and contribute to branch profitability (P&L). Oversee branch administration and manage team productivity and morale. Collaborate with product, marketing, and vertical teams for service and sales initiatives. Support customer delight by coordinating across service cycle units. Experience Level Executive Level
