ORGANIZATIONAL CHART O KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Portfolio Management Contact delinquent customers via phone, email, or written correspondence. Focus on high-risk accounts for recovery Stakeholder Management Collaborate with internal teams (legal, Business, etc.) Compliance Management Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards.
