Repayment Efficiency reduces the OD in the branch. Ensure payments are collected in time Continues Follow-up on Collection with the customer Customer Interaction(Locate and Notify customers of delinquent accounts Customer Traceability (Trace delinquent customers to new address) Branch Co-ordination (Locate and monitor overdue accounts) Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer account. Coordinate with insurance companies to check on the status of insurance claims
