Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchase orders and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
Track order status and ensure timely dispatch of materials/products.
Prepare and maintain purchase and dispatch documentation.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth deliveries.
Follow up with suppliers regarding pending orders and shipments.
Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase records.
Maintain inventory-related records and update ERP/software systems.
Resolve dispatch-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Dispatch operations.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and inventory management systems.
Strong organizational and coordination abilitiy.
