Job Description

PREFER - FEMALE CANDIDATES

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end purchase process – from inquiry to order placement.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and on time.
Follow up with vendors and suppliers for material delivery, quality, and timelines.
Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations, and vendor communications.
Coordinate with stores, accounts, and production departments to meet material requirements.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Purchase Executive, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of purchase processes, vendor management, and negotiation.
Proficient in MS Excel, Email Communication, and tally prime .
Good follow-up and coordination skills are a must.
Attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work under deadlines.
