Job Description – Purchase Executive
Position: Purchase Executive
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Joining: Immediate Joiner Required
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day purchasing activities.
Source and negotiate with vendors/suppliers.
Prepare and process purchase orders.
Compare quotations and negotiate prices.
Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, delivery, and payments.
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and related documents.
Ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with the accounts and inventory teams.
Maintain proper vendor records and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in purchase/procurement.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Immediate joiners are preferred/required.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
