Position: Purchase Executive

Location: Wagle estate, Thane

Industry: Builders & Developers

Role Overview

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement of construction materials,

vendor coordination, and cost optimization for our real estate projects. The role requires

strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and coordination with site and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates,

electricals, plumbing items, etc.

- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms

- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials

- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and accounts team

- Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and inventory levels

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of construction materials and local supplier market

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic Tally Prime systems

- Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Engineering / Supply Chain or related field

- 2–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement in construction or real estate

industry preferred
