Purchase Executive

We are looking for an Purchase Assistant to join our team. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers 15K-20K and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining price quotations.

• Prepare and process purchase orders and track deliveries.

• Communicate with vendors to ensure timely supply of goods.

• Maintain purchase records and ensure documentation accuracy.

• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to manage stock levels.

Job Requirements:
