Role: Urgent Opening for Purchase Executive

Qualification:Any Degree, B.pharma, M.pharma, b.sc. m.sc

WorkLocation: Bangalore

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Procurement Management: Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, supplies, and equipment based on the company's needs.

2. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Evaluate and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery times.

3. Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary items while minimizing excess stock.

4. Cost Analysis: Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.

5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with the company’s procurement policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance and production, to align procurement activities with organizational goals.

8. Quality Assurance: Ensure that purchased items meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
