Job Title: Product Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost sheets for printing & packaging products (cartons, labels, mono boxes, etc.)
Calculate costing based on paper (GSM), ink, plates, coatings, lamination, and wastage
Estimate machine running cost (offset, die-cutting, pasting, etc.) and labor cost
Coordinate with production, purchase, and sales teams for accurate inputs
Prepare quotations and assist sales team in pricing
Monitor actual vs estimated cost and analyze variance
Maintain and update BOM and material rates regularly
