The role will focus on ensuring accurate processing of agent lifecycle activities, commission management, and compliance adherence while collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise in agency administration, producer management, and commission processing within Life Insurance, along with a detailed understanding of regulatory and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process agent-related requests including agent onboarding, changes, address updates, and terminations in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. Strong knowledge of agent lifecycle processes, commission structures, and reconciliation . Understanding of compliance, licensing, and regulatory frameworks in the insurance domain. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills . Ability to work in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools for data validation and reconciliation.
