The opportunity We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Manager with strong functional knowledge and deep technical expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud. This role requires hands‑on capability in advanced configurations, technical solution design, integrations, Fast Formulas, data migration, reporting frameworks, and release management. As a Manager, you will oversee multi‑module implementations, lead technical‑functional design, ensure architectural integrity, guide consultants, and manage end‑to‑end HCM delivery for complex enterprise environments. Your key responsibilities Lead multi‑module Oracle HCM Cloud programs, ensuring high‑quality delivery across functional and technical streams. Define overall HCM solution architecture, covering configurations, integrations, data flows, security, and reporting strategy. Oversee complex technical components including HDL data loads, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BIP, REST/SOAP integrations, and Fast Formulas. Drive requirement workshops, solution blueprinting, fit‑gap analysis, and cross‑module design governance. Review and validate configuration workbooks, technical specifications, integration mappings, and test strategies. Guide teams in executing prototyping, configuration, SIT/UAT cycles, performance testing, data validation, and cutover planning. Manage quarterly update analysis, regression testing planning, impact assessments, and release governance. Troubleshoot cross‑module issues, integration failures, data inconsistencies, formula errors, and workflow/security challenges. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure functional accuracy, technical robustness, and process alignment. Lead and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring quality deliverables, adherence to standards, and continuous skill development. Oversee production support for escalated issues, root‑cause analysis, and long‑term system optimization. Requirements Strong understanding of end‑to‑end HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Compensation, and Recruiting processes. In‑depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, security models, workflows, approval rules, and cross‑module dependencies. Advanced expertise in technical components: Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Comp, custom logic) Integrations (OIC, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP services, BI/BIP, OTBI) Data Migration (HDL, HSDL, data validation, sequencing) Ability to interpret business rules and convert them into scalable, compliant technical and functional solutions. Strong command of testing strategies, defect triage, and end‑to‑end UAT leadership. Ability to govern deliverables, enforce design standards, and maintain configuration integrity. Experience with documentation excellence—functional designs, technical mappings, test scripts, and architecture diagrams. Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities across business, technical, and project teams. Skills and attributes for success Strong multi‑module Oracle HCM expertise with deep technical proficiency. Strong command of Fast Formula development and optimization. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills. Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities across functional and technical domains. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams with minimal oversight and deliver within timelines. Solid understanding of integrations, reporting frameworks, and migration strategies. High attention to detail, strong documentation discipline, and process governance mindset. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in dynamic, fast‑paced environments. To qualify for the role, you must have 7+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience (functional + technical blended profile). Strong expertise across at least three Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, ORC, Talent, Compensation, Time & Labor). Minimum two to three full end‑to‑end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations as a lead or manager. Hands‑on experience with technical components: HDL, Fast Formulas, Extracts, OIC/Integrations, OTBI/BIP. Experience leading requirements, design, testing, and deployment cycles. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior business stakeholders. Capability to manage teams, plan delivery, and handle multi‑track projects. Additionally, good to have Experience with global rollouts, multi‑country statutory setups, and localization requirements. Knowledge of quarterly update processes, regression testing, and release governance. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and traditional SDLC processes. Knowledge of configuration management, migration strategies, and environment planning. Ability to create training content, KT materials, and end‑user enablement modules. Ideally, you’ll also have Experience designing multi-module solution architectures with strong cross‑module dependency understanding. Exposure to digital HR transformation initiatives and HR technology roadmaps. Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting solution options. Ability to lead large, distributed consulting teams and manage multiple priorities. A forward-looking mindset with interest in new Oracle Cloud features, roadmap updates, and best practices.
