In this role, you will: • 1-2 years’ experience in banking operations (Commercial Banking or CIB) • Experience in payment processing. Knowledge in any of the following: International Funds Transfer, SWIFT, Federal Reserve Wire Transfer Payments, Foreign Exchange Payments • Knowledge on Message types SWIFT, FED WIRE, CHIPS an advantage As an Operations processor role, demonstrate a high level of accuracy. Ability to interpret financial data and identify trends or anomalies. Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, dashboards) Ensure adherence to process standards, SLAs, and controls. • Good in both verbal and written communication skills • Good investigation and problem solving skills • Organizational and detail oriented skills • Ability to handle high volume and short SLA or turnaround time • Ability to work in changing and fast paced work environment • Ability to manage and prioritize work to meet deadlines despite frequent interruptions, able to multi task • Flexible in working in any shift Posting End Date: 27 Jul 2026 •Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
