Position: Operations Manager
Industry: Hotel / Resort
Location: Belgaum, Karnataka
Experience: 5–8 years in Hotel/Resort Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the entire hotel/resort.
- Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other operational departments.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and high service standards.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, operational costs and departmental performance.
- Lead, train and motivate staff to achieve operational targets.
- Prepare and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, wastage and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to improve revenue and occupancy.
- Maintain proper grooming, discipline and professional standards among employees.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
- 4–7years of relevant experience in hotel/resort operations.
- Good knowledge of F&B, Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting and operational planning.
