Operation Executive

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about insurance operations?
We’re looking for a skilled Insurance Operations Specialist to join our Premium & Billing team, managing policy administration, premium processing, and billing activities for Life or Annuity Insurance products.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process new business applications efficiently and accurately.

• Review and verify policy documents, forms, and applications as per company guidelines.

• Coordinate with Underwriting, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams for smooth onboarding of new policies.

• Handle Premium Processing, Premium Suspense, Suspense Reconciliation, Reports, and Payments.

• Maintain and update MIS reports, project trackers, and schedules.

• Ensure Turnaround Time (TAT) adherence and compliance with SLAs.

• Resolve discrepancies in proposals, payments, and documentation.

• Provide support to internal stakeholders and customers on policy-related queries.

• Perform routine processing and quality checks in line with client and organizational standards.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and secure handling of confidential data.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

🧩 Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Good organizational and coordination skills.

• Open to working in evening and night shifts.

• 3–5 years of experience in U.S. Insurance operations (preferably Life & Annuity).

• Background in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce preferred.
