Job Description

  1. Maintain a database of all AMC customers and contract renewal dates.

  2. Contact customers before AMC expiry and send renewal quotations.

  3. Follow up regularly through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp for AMC renewals.

  4. Coordinate with the service department regarding AMC status and customer requirements.

  5. Generate AMC renewal invoices and ensure timely payment collection.

  6. Track pending AMC renewals and prepare follow-up reports.

  7. Build and maintain good customer relationships to improve AMC renewal rates.

  8. Update customer records, contract details, and payment status in the company database.

  9. Identify opportunities for comprehensive AMC upgrades and modernization proposals.
