MIS Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled MIS Executive with strong knowledge of Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in preparing MIS reports, managing sales & purchase data, generating E-Invoices & E-Way Bills, and handling day-to-day accounting entries. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent command over Excel and accounting software who can support business decision-making through accurate reporting and data analysis.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

• Manage and update sales, purchase, invoicing, and reconciliation records.

• Generate & manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills as per GST compliance.

• Handle daily accounting entries – sales, purchase, expenses, receipts, payments.

• Support in preparation of financial statements & audit requirements.

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all reports & entries.

• Automate reports and dashboards using advanced Excel & other tools.

• Coordinate with management & departments for required data and insights.

🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies:

• Accounting Knowledge: Sales, Purchase, Invoicing, GST, E-Invoice, E-Way Bill.

• Technical Skills: MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), Tally/ERP.

• Good knowledge of GST compliance and general accounting practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail with accuracy in data handling.

• Good communication & reporting skills.

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
