Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and labor laws including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and TDS.
Maintain accurate records for statutory filings and returns.
Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for license renewals, audits, and inspections.
Maintain employee compliance records such as offer letters, appointment letters, KYC documents, and exit formalities.
Assist in creating and updating compliance-related policies and procedures.
Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to management.
Track amendments in labor laws and other statutory regulations and ensure timely implementation.
Handle internal and external audits related to compliance.
