Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong expertise in data reconciliation and advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of organizational data. The role involves performing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations (including bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations), identifying and resolving discrepancies, preparing comprehensive MIS reports for management, and supporting decision-making through accurate data analysis. The ideal candidate should possess advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, data validation, and basic automation, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field with 2–5 years of relevant experience in MIS or reconciliation is preferred.
