Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and maintain organizational data. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting management with timely information for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in reports

• Create dashboards and presentations for management review

• Maintain databases and update records regularly

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information

• Identify data discrepancies and resolve issues

• Support management with data analysis and insights

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL (preferred)

• Experience with MIS reporting and data analysis

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work under deadlines

Educational Qualification:

• 0+2 or Graduate

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or similar role

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
