Manager – Treasury, Tax & Compliance (On-Site) - Gandhinagar Job Title: Manager – Treasury, Tax & Compliance (On-Site) - Gandhinagar Job Description We are setting up a Global Treasury Centre in GIFT City and are seeking a high-caliber professional to anchor tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance for the entity. This role will be critical in managing investment holding structures, treasury operations, and end-to-end compliance in an IFSC environment. We're Concentrix. Manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance, including return filings and tax provisioning Ensure compliance with IFSC/IFSCA regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws and act as Compliance Officer for the entity Support treasury operations including fund flows, investments, and intercompany transactions Oversee forex transactions and ensure regulatory compliance under FEMA/IFSC framework Manage withholding tax (TDS/WHT) obligations and related reporting Drive transfer pricing compliance, documentation, benchmarking, and reporting in coordination with global teams Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation of transactions Build and maintain strong internal controls and ensure audit readiness Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
