Manager - DSMG - Motor Finance - Collections - Flows - Bkt 4+ GNPA - Ajmer - Anindya Shiva - (J1-J3) Key Objective of the Job: The key objective of the Assistant Management Remedial (AMR) role is to support the management and recovery of non-performing assets (NPAs) within a financial institution. This includes monitoring NPAs, collaborating with stakeholders, implementing recovery strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to minimize financial risks. Key Deliverables: Achieve Assigned Collection Target Achieve assigned collection target through CREs assigned to them Team Management Leading from front by setting the right precedent to the team Motivate and drive team to achieve results month on month Meet monthly collection target Drive the team on process and collection target Allocation Management Customer Management Maintain constant connection with customers through regular outreach (Calls & Field Visits) Agencies & Dealer Management Review the collection agencies and the dealer portfolio on regular basis Document Management Ensure all collection documents are submitted correctly and on time Audit Compliance To ensure strict adherence to the collection policies and procedures Education Qualification: Graduate Specialized job competencies: Functional Competencies Communication Skill Negotiation Skill Market/Industry Knowledge Knowledge of Collections (Policy, Procedures & Scheme) Computer and analytical skills Behavioral Competencies Execution Excellence Customer Centricity Hiring Parameters: Graduation Any Stream Minimum 4 years’ experience in NBFC/Banking industry Should have legal knowledge Should have technical knowledge (Settlement, taxes) Should have computer knowledge (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
