Job Description

  • Role Summary: Set up and operate automated Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machinery to assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to production specifications.

  • Key Duties: Load component feeders, monitor pick-and-place machines, perform quality inspections for solder defects, and carry out basic equipment maintenance.

  • Requirements: 1+ years of SMT electronics manufacturing experience, familiarity with electronic components, and knowledge of ESD safety standards.

  • Key Skills: Ability to read assembly drawings/BOMs, strong visual attention to detail, and IPC-A-610 standards awareness.
