Location Credit Manager - Crop-Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding(DF) -Credit The Location Credit Manager will oversee and manage credit operations for Crop-Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding, ensuring efficient and effective credit processes and risk management within the Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding department at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage credit operations for Crop-Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding. The Location Credit Manager will play a crucial role in driving the department's success by implementing robust credit policies, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills to navigate the complex landscape of credit management. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the credit operations for Crop-Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding, ensuring efficient and effective processes. Implement and maintain robust credit policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. Analyze and assess credit applications, financial statements, and other relevant data to make informed lending decisions. Monitor and manage credit risk exposure, identify potential issues, and implement strategies to mitigate risks. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external partners. Collaborate with the Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding team to develop and execute credit strategies aligned with business goals. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit management. Provide guidance and support to the credit team, ensuring their professional development and performance. Prepare and present regular reports on credit performance, risk management, and other relevant metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to credit operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree in Finance or a relevant specialization. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in credit management, with a strong background in Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding or a similar industry. Proven track record of successful credit management, including risk assessment, portfolio management, and credit policy implementation. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound lending decisions. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of credit professionals. Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software, as well as MS Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving credit-related issues.
