To Manage NPA’s efficiently in respective location/s. Disbursement. To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures. To Ensure development of direct and indirect team To ensure our Service Providers follow the Orginisations policy Parameters, when directly interacting with customers on our Behalf. To maintain good Professional relationship with all in the Branch. To plan innovative strategies for reduction of NPA’s, so as to ensure Quality Portfolio
