We are looking for a Legal Manager to lead and oversee the insurance claims process, ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. Basic English speaking and understanding is required.
Supervise the claims handling process from start to end.
Review and approve customer claims as per policy guidelines.
Guide the team in collecting and verifying claim documents.
Communicate with customers regarding claim status, issues, and resolutions.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely claim settlement.
Maintain accurate records and reports of all claims.
