Job Description

  • Experience: 1–2 years in billing or back-office operations. Freshers with the right skills will also be considered.

  • Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office Softwares. Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally or Zoho Inventory) will be an added advantage .

  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory movement and reconcile system records with physical stock.

    Coordinate with the inventory/logistics team for accurate stock entries and updates.

    Maintain inventory valuation and related accounting entries in Zoho Books/Inventory.

    Identify discrepancies in stock and initiate corrective actions.

    Support inventory forecasting based on sales and operational trends.
