Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, assisting with reconciliations, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

· Record and maintain daily financial transactions in accounting software.

· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

· Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer billing.

· Perform bank reconciliations and resolve transaction discrepancies.

· Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance activities.

· Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals.

· Generate MIS reports and support monthly financial reporting.

· Maintain accurate documentation of vouchers, bills, invoices, and receipts.

· Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement management.

· Support internal audits, external audits, and budgeting processes.

Required Qualifications

· Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· MBA (Finance) or relevant certification will be an added advantage.

· 6months- 2years of experience in accounting or finance functions.

· Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills

· Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.

· Understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.

· Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).

· Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.

· Strong numerical and analytical skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
