Junior Accountant cum Admin handles both accounting and administrative tasks in an organization. Typical responsibilities include:

Recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accounting records.
Preparing invoices, vouchers, receipts, and expense reports.
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintaining cash books, bank records, and petty cash.
Supporting GST, TDS, payroll, and other statutory compliance work (as applicable).
Reconciling bank statements and assisting in financial reporting.
Managing office files, documents, and records.
Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Coordinating office supplies, vendor payments, and administrative activities.
Scheduling meetings and providing general office support.
Assisting senior accountants and management with routine tasks.
Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of financial and administrative information.
