Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist with day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will help maintain financial records, process transactions, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions such as purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Maintain and update accounting records and files.
Assist in preparing bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
Verify invoices, bills, and expense reports.
Support GST and TDS documentation and compliance tasks.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial reports.
Maintain data in accounting software and spreadsheets.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
