· Accounting on Tally & ERP & High rise ERP

· Bank Reconciliation, Accounting, Bills Entries

· TDS & Statuary Payments online.

· GST & GST R, GST 3R, Return working.

· PT, PF, ESIC Return works.

· Payroll working & Salary Payments.

· Roc Filing Coordination with CA.

· Online Banking & RTGC & NEFT.

· Vendor’s payments & Customers collections list updating.

· Calculations of TDS, Filing of TDS return.

· Intercompany Accounting.

· Customer’s sales reports generating.

· Daily Cash Handling & Maintaining Expensive.

· Coordination with CA & Banks manager & Finance Managers.

· Balance sheet finalizations

· Vat & Tax Audit Working.

· Site Coordination & Visiting.

Ø Must Have Skills

· Good Communication

· Good in English/ Marathi/ Hindi Languages

· Team Player

· Initiative in Work

· Must have Real Estate Experience

Ø Technical Skills

· Tally Prime / ERP 9 Updated

· Typing

· Word, Excel, PPT
