Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

Junior Accountant will be responsible for supporting the Senior Accountant in various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including Invoice generation, ledger maintenance, and Bank reconciliation.

Process accounts related transaction in TALLY accurately and in a timely manner.

Support the senior accountants with various accounting projects.

Assist with GST calculations and filings.

Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Payment Follow-up via email and over the phone .

Keep track of annual renewals of services provided by Spearhead .

Qualifications:

12th Pass or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP 9, MS Office especially Excel )

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Location: Sector 17,Vashi, Navi Mumbai
