Job Description

Key Responsibilities

In-Office Accounting Duties

● Maintain daily entries: Record day-to-day accounts, purchases, sales, and receipts in

Tally/accounting software.

● Support statutory compliances: Assist in data preparation for GST filing, TDS

deductions, and other statutory requirements.

● Process reconciliations: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and cross-verify vendor

ledgers.

● Manage documentation: Maintain systematic physical and digital accounting records,

vouchers, and bills. Field & Outdoor Duties

● Site visits: Travel to various company construction sites across Indore for cash

management or expense auditing.

● Vendor & bank visits: Visit vendor offices for payment processing, ledger reconciliation,

or bill collections.

● Government department visits: Visit local departments (such as municipal, tax, or

registration offices) for document submissions or follow-ups.

● Bank coordination: Deposit cheques, handle cash deposits/withdrawals, and manage

physical banking paperwork.

● Travel Allowance: Provided (Fuel/conveyance allowance for field visits)

● Annual Increment: Provided

● Working Days: 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off)

● Probation Period: 2 Months
