Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally/ERP/SAP or relevant software).

• Prepare and post journal entries, maintain ledgers, and reconcile accounts.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and invoicing.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.

• Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings.

• Assist in audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.

• Maintain records of employee reimbursements, advances, and payroll accounting.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
