Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant to join our team at Shilpa Suit Dupatta. The selected candidate will manage our day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist in budgeting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, a keen eye for detail, and a good understanding of financial software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and books for the business.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all payments and receipts are processed on time.

• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other tax-related documents.

• Ensure proper documentation for all transactions and maintain accounting files.

• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

• Process payroll and employee-related financial matters.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.

• Provide necessary financial support for internal and external audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or wholesale setting.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant tax regulations.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills.

Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
