Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime, including: o Sales entries o Purchase entries o Bank receipts and payment entries
• Prepare and draft professional emails for internal and external communication.
• Work on Excel to generate invoices manually and maintain related records.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing accounting documents.
• Support the accounts team with reconciliations and basic reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for invoice or payment-related queries.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar accounting role.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime (sales, purchase & bank entries).
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (manual invoice preparation).
• Ability to draft clear and professional emails.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
