Job Title: Junior Accountant (Fresher / 0–6 Months Experience)

About the Role

Ridge Homes LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh B.Com graduates who are passionate about accounting and finance and are looking to build a rewarding career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and journal entries.
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain data in MS Excel.
Verify bills, invoices, and payment documentation.
Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents.
Assist in monthly closing activities and internal/external audits.
Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation.
Perform any other accounting tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Required Skills

B.Com graduate (Mandatory).
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of Tally, ERP software, or accounting tools is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, self-driven, and quick to learn.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of work.
