Junior Accountant

Job Title: Accountant (Billing Role)

Location: Mumbai, Ulhasnagar
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Gender Requirement: Female candidates only

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage billing operations and support basic accounting functions in our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Tally, a basic understanding of GST, and at least 3 years of accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client billing and maintain accurate invoice records.

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations.

• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

• Prepare error-free accounting reports and present financial results.

• Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing processes.

• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.

• Provide support on Basic GST-related tasks and documentation.

• Identify and correct accounting errors to improve efficiency.

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant.

• Proficient in Tally and basic accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Additional Information:

• The role focuses mainly on billing work for clients.

• Work location: Mumbai

• Preference will be given to female candidates as per company requirement.
