Accounts Executive

Location: Thane East , Maharashtra

Experience: 0–2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary - 15k-20k in hand

Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Department: Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.

Record student fee collections and issue receipts.

Manage cash, bank, and online payment transactions.

Prepare daily/monthly collection and MIS reports.

Handle expense entries, purchase bills, and petty cash.

Perform bank and cash reconciliations.

Follow up on pending student fee payments.

Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory documentation.

Maintain invoices, vouchers, and financial records.

Support payroll and coordinate with the CA for monthly accounts.

Eligibility

B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or equivalent.

0–2 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.

Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Basic understanding of GST & TDS.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Good communication and attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Preferred

Experience in educational institutes or the service industry is an added advantage.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
