Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, ledger maintenance, and journal entries.
Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and posting transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
Help in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other tax returns.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and update inventory records.
Assist in fixed asset tracking and depreciation calculation.
Prepare and verify export and import documentation such as:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Certificate of Origin
Shipping Instructions
Letter of Credit (LC) documentation
Bill of Entry and Bill of Export
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and RBI regulations.
Maintain proper filing and digital records of all documentation related to international shipments.
Track shipments and assist with logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
