Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the month-end closing process. Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and processing of transactions
Prepare and maintain journal entries and support the general ledger
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
Help prepare financial reports and internal documentation
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Assist with audits and tax preparation as needed
