Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records and accounting books.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare invoices, bills, and purchase orders.
Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee reimbursement and expense records.
Assist in audits and financial documentation.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.

Required Skills

Knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CA Inter / M.Com will be an added advantage.
