Position: Junior Accountantcompany- mehak poly plastLocation: Bawana, sec-1Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities • Sales Invoicing: Prepare and generate accurate sales invoices on time. • E-Way Bills: Create and manage e-way bills in compliance with GST and transport regulations. • Record Maintenance: Maintain and update purchase and sales files, ensuring proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes. • Stock Management: Track and update stock records regularly in Excel, reconciling physical stock with system data. • Receivables Follow-up: Make calls to clients/customers for pending payments and maintain proper records of receipts. • Support Accounts Team: Assist senior accountants with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
