Job Description

Role : JR. Accountant

Remuneration: As per industry standard

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon – Sat)

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Invoice & Data Management: Maintain and monitor internal production tracking sheets and spreadsheets. Ensure real-time data accuracy and reconciliation of invoices.
Logistics Documentation: Prepare and manage all shipping documents required for garment exports.
Financial Tracking: Monitor and plan daily payments (inward and outward) to ensure efficient cash flow management. Statutory Compliance: Calculate monthly GST and TDS liabilities.
Payroll: Manage salary payment calculations and maintain employee attendance/payment records.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
Basic knowledge of Indian taxation (GST/TDS) and payroll processing.
High degree of accuracy, reliability, and organizational skills.
