• Enter purchase, sales, bank, and credit card transactions accurately.

• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

• Update petty cash records and maintain daily accuracy.

• Assist in statutory workings (GST, TDS, PF, ESI).

• Post monthly statutory closing entries and journal entries.

• Perform ledger reconciliation and resolve mismatches.

• Conduct 26AS reconciliation and follow up on TDS issues.

• Coordinate with vendors for queries, invoices, and documentation.

• Support monthly closing and maintain proper accounting records.
