Job Profile – Junior Accout
Experience: 6+ Months
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily accounting data entry in accounting software or Excel.
Maintain records of purchase invoices, sales invoices, and expense vouchers.
Assist in preparing and updating cash book and bank book.
Record and verify daily financial transactions.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist the accounts team in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
Prepare basic reports related to expenses and payments.
Coordinate with internal departments for invoice and payment details.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data entry.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (such as Tally)
Good data entry and record management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of GST invoices and billing process
