Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support the senior accounts team in ensuring accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update accounts and financial records
Handle data entry, invoices, and expense tracking
Assist in GST filings and basic compliance work
Prepare vouchers, bills, and purchase entries
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
Support in preparing financial reports and statements
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payments
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts data

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
0–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting principles
Good numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and organizational ability

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GST and basic taxation
Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/Busy/Zoho Books)
Strong communication and time management skills
