Accounts Executive
Plant : Ranjangaon, Tal. Shirur, Maharashtra 412220
Leading manufacturer of corrugated and printed cartons with ISO-accredited facilities in Pune..
-Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP.
-Prepare vendor bills, invoices, and credit/debit notes.
-Handle AP/AR with timely follow-ups.
-Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
-Maintain petty cash with proper documentation.
-Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
1. What accounting work have you handled in your current or previous role?
(Example: daily entries, billing, reconciliations, MIS, etc.)
2. Explain your experience using Tally or any accounting ERP in daily work.
(Mention tasks like vouchers, ledgers, GST entries, reports, etc.)
3. How do you manage bank, vendor, or customer reconciliations and follow-ups?1.Strong hands-on experience in Tally/ERP.
2.Good knowledge of accounting basics and reconciliations.
3.Proficient in Excel, Word, and email communication.
4.Good communication, planning, and time-management skills.
5.Team player with attention to detail.
